Troubleshoot Form

Check switch is on, turn choke on, check for fuel and check engine oil level.

Check water supply to machine, check machine is not airlocked by removing high pressure hose and running machine until a constant jet of water is achieved, and verify unloader valve is not fully screwed in (do not take apart).

Prime hose by either force feeding water into pump from garden hose or by priming water into suction hose, restart machine without high pressure hose connected until a constant jet of water is achieved, and ensure inlet hose is securely connected and not sucking in air.

Check reset switch, check trip if running on extensions cord, and check fuse.

Ensure tank is drained of water.

Ensure non return valve is not fully closed.

Check for air leaks – can you hear any hissing coming from machine? Check water drain valve is switched off, and ensure no airlines or fittings are attached.

Check fuel. If dirty, drain machine and change fuel filter. Unplug machine and verify that rotor can turn freely. Ensure fuel hoses are securely connected.

Check fuse.
